Receptionist is always warm and welcoming, making patients feel valued. Both after hours doctors I've seen in the past month have been very thorough.

My experience there was great. Lady in reception and the doctor was nice and great! Just wondering if they provide the names of their doctors. Specifically a youngish filipino lady, I quite liked her and want to make an appointment with her again. Last time I was there I was in so much pain that I cannot remember her name. Hope the clinic replies to this 🙏😊

Kamal the receptionist was very helpful and made the process extremely easy as a new patient. So glad I found this surgery. Will absolutely be coming back for my medical needs :).

I met Dr. Farah Al-Mulla at the after-hours GP clinic. Her friendliness, extensive knowledge, and patience impressed me. Dr. Farah Al-Mulla has left me with the best impression for a first-time appointment compared to all the GPs I've visited in Australia.

Professional and efficiency. As a health care worker who just recently relocated to the area from Sydney, I think we are lack of this kind of service in other community to serve the people. This is also why the ED is getting overflow everyday. The hospital is forever on level black. We need somewhere to get urgent script or reassurance during afterhours that the illness is not as urgent as we thought and obtain the treatment. People turning to ED not for fun, and not everyone has the knowledge to triage themselves. If there are more services like this, hospital could be spared for real urgent case. Thank you for hard working staff in this centre to provide real needed service to the community. It’s not easy to work until mid night. You guys are real hero in this post Covid era.

I had been coughing hard for the past 2 days and had strained a muscle or cracked a rib and did not want to go to hospital. The cough had intensified with more pain, so I did a search for a doctor at 10PM and found Penrith After Hours Doctors. I attended the practice filled out the paperwork and within 5 minutes was sitting in front of Dr Aung. He was very professional, listened to my story and checked me out. He made some recommendations and wrote a script and had a great sleep mainly without coughing. Thank you to the team for being there when I needed your expertise.

I was there last night with my son, who was very unwell. They seem him early rather than having me wait in the wait room. And told me to call Friday for the results so I don’t have to drag him in again. Very lovely receptionist ( I didn’t get her name )

My family and I have been here a few times now and they are always very friendly. They are happy for us to wait in the car with the kids and we just pop in and check how many people before us. The ladies on reception are lovely, always helpful and happy to answer my questions. The Drs that we have seen have been great! If more than one Dr is on the wait really isn’t that long.

It’s really good that we have after hours doctors in our community. I have been there a few times. Yes, sometimes a long wait, but it’s understandable. Most of the doctors are good. The lady from reception ( I believe her name is Mel) is really nice and friendly

The receptionist was welcoming and friendly despite the practice getting slammed the evening I came in. Dr Farah Al-Mulla supported me with something very urgent and personal that could not wait for my regular GP. The appt was quick and seamless. Thank you so much, saved me a lot of stress! Would recommend this practice for after hours care.
